The state-of-the-art Hatcheries of the Company are scattered in different parts of Bengal with the capacity of producing 40 lakhs high-quality Day-old Chicks per month. The Company has the target of increasing the production capacity to 60 lakhs per month by 2024.
The disease-free hatching eggs are transported from breeding farms to hatcheries and put into state-of-the-art incubators. Strict monitoring of temperature & humidity is made throughout the incubation process of 21 days. The day-old chicks produced from the incubators are then vaccinated and prepare for transporting to farms for rearing into full grown birds. Our stringent grading system allows only the healthiest chicks to mature into full grown birds. Hitech has team of Doctors, trained operators to monitor the entire production process and to ensure that Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) are implemented.
