Growing demand for quality chicken and broiler day old chicks encouraged the company to set up its Breeding Farms. The Company has Breeding units at Telangana & Odisha to produce high-quality Hatching Eggs.
The parent chicks are reared in fully Bio-Secure, hygienic environment. All parent chicks are administered with vaccination as per prescribed guidelines and are nourished with quality feed from own feed mills. Best quality and disease-free hatching eggs so produced from breeding farms are moved to state-of-the-art hatcheries to produce high quality day-old chicks. Hitech has team of Doctors, Nutritionists and trained supervisors to monitor quality and to ensure that Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) are implemented.
The birds are fed with nutrient-rich feeds using manual feeding technique and the foods are manufactured according to their genetic requirements. A team of professionally accredited veterinary doctors is appointed to take care of these birds’ medicine. As far as the hygiene and sanitation are concerned, everything is maintained as per the international standards.
Approximately 5 lacs eggs are produced per week. Eggs that are laid by these birds are collected with due care and undergo certain scientifically proven techniques (cleaning, fumigation, and shifting). The egg selection requires experience and a deep understanding, and we follow every step to collect the best quality eggs for hatching.
