Hitech has Eastern India’s one of the largest Feed unit at Dankuni. This fully automated feed mill produces specialized pellet Feed to cater to Company’s own needs and need of the quality-conscious casual poultry farmers. This state-of-the-art feed mill has a capacity of 40 TPH and expandable to 60 TPH. The Feed mills automated with inbuilt facility to store maize and soya in steel silos. The finished product and other ingredients are further safely stored in the warehouse. Pelleting, mixer and grinding systems are automated through logic controls. The feed so produced meets the highest quality and environmental standards. Our Poultry Feed Mill Laboratory is fully equipped with modern instruments to analyze the quality of raw-materials and finished feeds. Raw-materials which meet the quality standards are accepted and stored in safe environment to provide uniform feed quality throughout the year. Best quality vitamins, minerals and feed supplements are procured from internationally reputed manufacturers to give desired results. The nutritionally balanced diets will aid the birds to attain uniform body weight with optimum skeleton development. Better Feed Conversion Ratio helps in achieving higher meat to bone ratio in the birds.
